Tariff

The prices shown are the MAXIMUM rental rates charged in Sterling. US Dollar prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations.

We are happy to provide altenative length of stay other than just 1 or 2 weeks, e.g. if you want 9 days just divide the figure in the table by 7 to get a daily rate and then multiply by the number of nights you require, i.e. 9 in this example.

Example 9 nights in March with pool heating

1 week = £675 + £110 (pool heating) = £785 1 day = £785 / 7 = £112 9 days = £112 x 9 = £1,008

• Together with your completed booking form, a non-refundable deposit of £100 / $200 per week is due to secure your date.
• Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking detailing the balance and returnable security deposit due 10 weeks before departure.
• Reservations made within 10 weeks of departure will require payment in full at the time of booking
• Booking of 5 days or less will incur a $85 / £45 cleaning surcharge.
• Vacating after 10 am may incur a charge equal to 1 days accomodation
• Bookings of other than 7 or 14 days is permitted. I.e. if a booking of 10 days is required then a week rate is divided by 7 to give a daily figure for that time of year and then multiplied by the number of nights required to give the total payable.
• Weekly fees include all taxes 12% and service charges
• Pool heating of £100 per week is recommended Oct - Mar
• Our management company will take credit card details on arrival as a Security against damages or missing items. House will be checked on your departure.

Payment Methods
We accept Sterling and US Dollar cheques or your can wire/mail payment directly to our bank account. Alternatively you can pay securely using any major credit card via PayPal in Sterling or US dollars. Please note this transaction is subject to a 3% surcharge.



Booking
If you wish to book please complete the online booking form and we will reply promptly. Bookings of less than 1 week are by agreement only. Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit of £100/$200 per week is received. Once deposit is received we will send an invoice confirming reservation and balance and date of balance due.

The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company.
